[ROW] April 15 ROW Comm call overlaps FCC Small Cell US Supreme hearing

I will be listening to the argument as well. The argument is scheduled for 30 minutes so in theory we will be done right on time for the ROW call, but there's a good chance it will run a little long (and/or not start right on time).  We could push the ROW call to 2:30 Eastern if there is interest in that.  Otherwise some of us will join late.
