HI Reba ---  I believe that Mobilitie is paying our City pole use small cell attachment fees ( using our cost based information) and have for some time.   I cannot recall if the other wireless attachments are small cell per se.   While our muni utility has a different set of small cell cost based fees, (but higher than the FCC default rate), they are receiving the fees for pole attachments…I think that includes ATT Wireless.  I cannot remember the status of Verizon Wireless as their conversations have been with our City atty.     Pam BERRIAN

Nancy, thanks for sending out the reminder.

I would like to know if anyone has or is having the following issue - I had a national SWF provider state that they will not pay more than the safe harbor annual fee unless the municipality provides a fee justification or cost study.  Also, of course, they disagree with the justification amounts.
