Hello All:  I would love to spend a little time following up from our discussion last time about Wtechlink in Pendleton.  The company is now proposing to provide cable TV services, a clear attempt to avoid paying fees on internet services.  I wonder if this tactic is being used elsewhere; even if it's not, Nancy Kerns (Pendleton City Attorney) and I would love to pick your brains about possible responses.
