Hi Pam

I raised this before with the policy group and didn't get a response, but perhaps its more appropriate for ROW subcommittee.

Several local jurisdictions in FL are requiring completion of the attached NEPA and EA Checklists for applications to install small cells in ROW.

At least one of the wireless carriers has pushed back and refused to complete this.  It continues to assert that its application is complete and subject to the shot clock, without submitting this.

Would appreciate any input from this group if they're aware of other local or state jurisdictions that require applicants to submit this checklist as part of their applications or what you think of requiring this.    Thanks.
