Nancy, thanks for sending out the reminder.

I would like to know if anyone has or is having the following issue - I had
a national SWF provider state that they will not pay more than the safe
harbor annual fee unless the municipality provides a fee justification or
cost study.  Also, of course, they disagree with the justification amounts.
