Attached is the entire agreement between Comcast and Woodburn. Adopted March of 2021.

See specific language on the definition of Gross Revenue- Section 2-EE) and Grant of other Franchises - Section 3.5.

Throughout the franchise, we referred to Comcast as a wireline cable service provider.
