[ROW] Comcast langauge in Woodburn Oregon

Hi all,

Attached is the entire agreement between Comcast and Woodburn. Adopted
March of 2021.

See specific language on the definition of Gross Revenue- Section 2-EE) and
Grant of other Franchises - Section 3.5.

Throughout the franchise, we referred to Comcast as a *wireline cable
service provider*.
